Early has
names.

Every account on X has a first follower, a tenth, a fiftieth. X will not show them to you. ante pages the whole list back to the beginning, hands you the people who were there before the chart moved, and lets you watch what they follow next.

/ 01 / the signal

By the time it reaches your timeline, it is late.

/ who follows first

The first accounts to follow a project are rarely random. Founders' circles, funds, snipers, people with a record of being right before it was obvious.

/ why you cannot see them

X lists followers newest first and stops loading after a few screens. On any account that has grown, the first fifty are buried under everything that came later.

/ what ante does

It pages the entire list back to follower № 001, keeps the tail, and gives it to you as a clean, exportable list. Then it shows what those same accounts started following this week.

/ 02 / who you will findfive kinds of early

A first fifty is never just fifty accounts.

  1. type 01

    The first one

Follower № 001. A co-founder, the founder's other account, or the one friend who was told.

  2. type 02

    The sniper

Follows new projects within hours, every week. Small account, frightening hit rate.

  3. type 03

    The whale

Large, quiet, follows rarely. When one sits in a first fifty, that is the signal.

  4. type 04

    The sleeper

Silent for months, then a single follow. Often somebody's second account.

  5. type 05

    The bot farm

Five near-identical accounts in a row. Worth spotting before you trust a follower count.

  1. 01

    First 50

Page any account back to follower № 001 and keep the earliest 25 to 200. You see the cost and the time before anything runs.

  2. 02

    Recent followings

What a sharp account started following this week, newest first. The cheapest way to find a project while it is still small.

  3. 03

    Compare

Lay several projects side by side and surface the accounts that were early to more than one of them. Once is luck. Three times is a person to know.

  4. 04

    Watchlist

Keep the ones who keep being early, with a note on where you found them. One click back into their first fifty or their latest follows.

Public X data, read through a third-party data provider. ante never asks for your X login, and the accounts you look up are not notified in any way.

No. X does not publish follow dates. What it does keep is the order, and that is what you get: № 001 followed before № 002, and both of them before everybody else.

As exact as X's own. Suspended and deleted accounts drop out of it, so on an old account № 001 means the earliest follower that still exists.

Any size, but the whole follower list has to be paged, so time and cost grow with the account. You see both before a search runs. Small and mid-size accounts, where being early matters most, resolve in seconds to minutes.

No. ante shows who followed what, and in which order. What you make of that is yours.
